Website Support
Your website shouldn't become another thing on your to-do list.
Whether you’re building a business, supporting a community or managing a municipal website, you need a site that people can actually find their way around. I build websites that are clear, easy to manage and designed to grow with what you’re doing.
Sound Familiar?
Your website isn't broken, you are just busy
“I’ll update it this weekend.”
-
Your hours changed three months ago.
-
That promotion ended weeks ago.
-
You added a new service, but it still isn’t on your website.
-
Customers keep calling because they can’t find the information online.
That's where I come in.
Your website should keep up with your business without you having to remember every little update.

Whether we are building something new or keeping your current website fresh...
You Tell Me The Business And I Take It From There
01. WE TALK
Coffee, virtual or in person.
I get to know your business, your customers, what you offer and what makes you different.
02. I GET TO WORK
Whether I’m building from scratch or refreshing what you already have, I keep it simple, clear and easy for your customers to navigate.
No unnecessary bells and whistles just because Wix gave us the button.
03. YOU REVIEW EVERYTHING
Nothing goes live until you’re happy with it.
You give me your feedback, I make the changes and we make sure the website actually feels like your business, not mine.
04. I DON’T DISAPPEAR
Need to change your hours?
Add a service?
Swap a photo?
Promote something new?
Send me a message.
No ticket system. No wondering who to call. You know exactly who looks after your website.
WHAT CAN I TAKE OFF YOUR PLATE?
New Websites
Starting from scratch? I’ll build you a website that feels like your business and makes it easy for people to understand what you do and what to do next.
Website Refreshes
Your business has changed.
Your website hasn’t.
Let’s fix that.
Ongoing Updates
Hours. Photos. Staff. Promotions. Events. Services.
Send it to me.
Done.
SEO & All The Confusing Stuff
Titles. Descriptions. Search basics. All those little things that help people find and understand your website.
I’ll handle the technical bits without making you learn another language.
